By installing or using the Mobile Simulator Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
2. License
The Extension is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may install it on any number of devices. The Extension is open source under the MIT License — see the project repository for details.
3. No warranty
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every website.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension — including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Extension to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract data from the Extension beyond what the MIT License permits.
- Use the Extension to bypass paid content paywalls or violate website terms of service.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Third-party content
When you preview a website using the Extension, you are subject to that website's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party site you preview.
8. Trademarks
"Mobile Simulator" is a trademark of the developer. Device names, brand names, and logos shown in the Extension (iPhone, Galaxy, Pixel, iPad, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. This Extension is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Google, Samsung, or any other device manufacturer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when we add features or comply with new requirements. Any update will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
